Richard Yeoman is a litigation attorney and Partner at Grimes Yeoman, PLLC. Rick, as he is known locally, works on cases involving personal injury, including serious bodily injuries, wrongful death and traumatic brain injuries, as well as commercial litigation cases involving business disputes, construction disputes, land use, zoning and planning, and eminent domain. He earned his B.A. in 1994 from Brigham Young University in International Relations and his Juris Doctorate with honors from Brigham Young University’s J. Reuben Clark Jr. School of Law in 1997. While in law school, he was selected to be a member of BYU’s Law Review.
Mr. Yeoman is licensed to practice law in North Carolina having been admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 1997. He is also licensed to practice in all Federal Courts in North Carolina, including the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of North Carolina. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association and Iredell County Bar Association.
When he isn’t working, Rick enjoys spending time with family, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, and music (he plays drums/percussion in two bands). He is married to Alana Yeoman. They have four children and two grandchildren with a third on the way.
